Deciding to go to therapy is a big decision, and finding a therapist that you feel comfortable with is half the battle. I believe that the “fit” of client and therapist is very important. Your therapist should be someone that you can learn to trust and that is competent in working with your area of struggle.

  • If you are interested in counseling with us we have a team of amazing therapists. Visit the “Team” page to read the different bios and specialties to help choose the right therapist for you. Our therapists range in fee and vary in schedule.

  • If you are a NEW client, you can visit the CONTACT page and fill out an inquiry form. From there Kerri-Anne will reach out to you and provide you with suggestions of the therapist that would be the best fit for you.

  • If you are an existing client, you can use the contact form to get ahold of your therapist or email them directly
